Hi! We’re Search Atlas Group, a SEO software company, focused on engineering products and services that help websites improve their performance on Google. We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups.

We looking for a experienced Head of Product Management to lead and expand our suite of products. We’re a bootstrapped startup (and revenue generating!), which means we move fast, wear multiple hats, and focus on delivering real impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment, loves working across technical and business functions, and knows how to get things done.

About the Role

Reporting directly into our CTO and Co-Founders, you’ll be responsible for setting the product strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring our products are well-positioned in the market. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to drive results. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution—whether that’s shaping product roadmaps, refining go-to-market plans, or jumping into the tools to solve challenges directly.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the product lifecycle for our suite of products, from strategy to execution
Work closely with engineering to define technical requirements and ensure seamless delivery
Align product development with business goals, customer needs, and market trends
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine positioning, messaging, and customer acquisition strategies
Define key metrics and track performance to ensure ongoing product success
Actively contribute to the growth of the company by making quick, impactful decisions
Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in both technology and product management- 8+ years experience
5+ years experience leading and scaling product teams in a fast-moving environment
Deep understanding of product marketing and how to position products effectively
Ability to make data-driven decisions and set clear priorities
Hands-on approach—comfortable being in the details while also thinking strategically
Experience working in a startup or high-growth company is a plus
