We’re looking for a Head of Social to take our social media game to the next level.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Multimedia Designer to craft high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital channels—including social media, paid ads, and promotional campaigns. You’ll manage projects from concept through execution, delivering polished, on-brand visuals that drive engagement and performance. The ideal candidate is a creative multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments, stays up to date with design and social media trends, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through dynamic visual storytelling.

Requirements

    • Proven ability to work quickly without compromising quality; capable of turning around edits fast and keeping pace with demanding content schedules.
    • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
    • Extensive experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing, backed by a portfolio of dynamic, engaging digital assets.
    • Strong graphic design foundation with a keen eye for composition, typography, and brand consistency.
    • Demonstrated success designing for paid ads, social media, and digital marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of performance-driven creative strategies.
    • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering high-quality results.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally.
    • Agency experience is a strong plus.
    • Familiarity with 3D design tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a bonus.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for ads, social media, and promotional videos.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, video editing advancements, and social media strategies to continuously enhance creative output.
    • Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, branding, and educational content, ensuring seamless transitions, audio syncing, and visual storytelling.
    • Create visually compelling graphic design assets that can be utilized in final animations and videos for social media campaigns, paid ads, and marketing assets across various platforms.
    • Create motion graphics and video assets for platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels to enhance engagement and performance.
    • Create animated illustrations, motion graphics, branding elements, presentations, and a wide range of digital and print assets that align with brand identity.
    • Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and high-quality execution.
    • Ensure design QA for pixel-perfect execution across all multimedia assets, adhering to best practices in video production, motion graphics, and digital design.
